About KEM
KEM is a small, family-operated firm based in St. Louis, Missouri, specializing in rebate and incentive optimization for indoor cultivation projects.
Established in 2019, KEM was built around direct experience in operating utility incentive programs and an understanding of indoor cultivation environments and their energy consumption.
We work closely with cultivators, vendors, and utilities to ensure projects are evaluated accurately, positioned correctly, and carried through to completion without unnecessary friction.
Our size is our strength. Every project is handled directly—no handoffs, no layers, and no templates.

Our Mission
KEM operates as a trusted partner, applying technical expertise, creativity, and complete transparency to every project.
Our work is grounded in clear, conservative communication, ensuring that expectations are realistic, results are defensible, and outcomes are delivered without unnecessary risk.
KEM brings clarity, accuracy, and professionalism to utility rebate and incentive work within the indoor cultivation industry.
In an industry where projects are often misrepresented, mishandled, or overpromised, our focus is on getting the details right.
Our work ensures that energy savings are real, incentives are achievable, and projects are carried through without disruption.
Every project is approached with the goal of delivering outcomes that are both technically sound and aligned with long-term energy impact.
